What is Surface Wood Planer
Surface Wood Planer is also called flat surface planer, which is used for making the rough wood surface into plain flat surface evenly.
Surface Wood Planer can plan the adjacent surface and make the reference surface for other panel furniture board process. There are various kinds of surface wood planers, but with similar working principle, adjustment and operating methods, which is widely used for processing all kinds of wood products, building products, car, shipment, and molded shape materials.
Combination of Surface Wood Planer
Surface wood planer is combined with planer body, working platform, electrical control system, main shaft bearings, inclinable rail guide and motor equipment.
How To Operate Surface Wood Planer
Begin starting the power of surface wood planer, the planer saw blade should be adjusted to the required planing volume, rail guide and angle of work bench perspective. Ater adjusted well done, then fix them tightly.

When plan the wood stripes, there is always one worker enough, but when the situation changed that the wood is much longer, there should change two workers cooperating together.
Methods of surface wood planer
One man is planing the wood, and should stand on the left of the surface wood planer machine, watch the feed out material carefully.
The wood process surface is put face down on the front side. The double hands are of one front with one back. The left hand should hold the raw material tightly to prevent from vibrating. The right hand is pushing the material to make a stationary contact with uniform speed for planing.
When the material is no more than 100mm left, the right hand should put the material to feed. When finished once time, operator should look the wood on the desk to view the surface whether it is good enough. Sometimes operator can plan 1-2 times per materials for better surface effect.
Important things about surface wood planer
When plan the neighborhood side of wood material, the left hand should press the material to move it near the guiding ruler to make sure that the finished product is accordance with the wood surface requirements.
Note that when using surface wood planer, operator should plan with stubble. When meeting with the rotation of crops, knot, unsmooth texture, hard surface material and surface wood planer is not sharp, the material will vibrate naturally. Operator should lower the speed of input material or change the saw blades.
